Onboarding
In order to board your hound we need to make sure that they can happily settle with us so there are steps that we will go through with you prior to making your booking;
Following your application we will reply initially via email to confirm receipt and provide you with some further details.
Once we have done this we will arrange a mutually agreeable date where you can bring your dog to meet us and our resident dogs and to find out more about our home, services and facilities. You will be able to ask any questions and discuss your hound’s needs and requirements. This service is free of charge and there is no obligation to book with us.
You will be asked to complete paperwork as per our licence requirements and so that we have sufficient information about the specific needs of your hound to provide the best care possible.
If the meet and greet goes well and all parties are happy to proceed we will then book a trial where your dog will spend around 24 hours with us to make sure they can settle and get on with the other dogs. This will give us an opportunity to get to know your dog a little better and to make sure that they are happy with us. This service is charged at our daily rate. If you would like more than one trial this can be arranged too.
